Naomi’s background is as a highly regarded child psychiatrist. Naomi trained at The Middlesex Hospital Medical School University College London and Birkbeck, University of London.
She is qualified in systemic (family) therapy, civil & commercial mediation, workplace mediation, community mediation and coach-mentoring.
Naomi is an experienced and varied practitioner who enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life. Naomi has helped people in many situations – in health clinics, in their homes, in schools, hospitals, children’s homes and courts. In her NHS work, Naomi is skilled in helping resolve situations between young people and parents, or between families and schools. As a medical manager, Naomi was able to engage with the sometimes conflicting needs of commissioners, executives and practitioners. As a mediator, Naomi is able to appy the compassion and a broad understanding of psychology and human systems.
Naomi is accredited by the Civil Mediation Council, is fully insured and keeps up-to-date professionally. She is a panel member of The Mediator Network, Calm Mediation, The Free Mediation Project (Society of Mediators), Unity Legal Services and Pro-Mediate
Naomi coaches doctors for the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund (RMBF) and health professionals for the NHS London Leadership Academy.
